When one feels destined to accept lower back pain as nothing more than the aging process and after many months of seeing many specialists, it was Neil’s unwillingness to give up on me that made the difference. In a few short weeks of therapy he found the perfect combination of exercise and treatment to alleviate most of the daily pain every morning. I now do PT at home. I’m in control!

About Us

We are a group of 3 physical therapists who have been practicing for 30 to 50 years. Our passion is providing excellent quality care to all who come to us. Our field is endlessly interesting since the details of every patient’s condition is different. We see many people who have been unable to find solutions to their physical problems in spite of receiving evaluations and treatment from many other doctors and therapists. It is gratifying to be able to help many of these people.

We find that many other practitioners are too narrow in their approach and have missed crucial aspects of the condition. For example, an exclusively exercise approach misses the loss of passive joint mobility and fascial adhesions present in many musculoskeletal conditions. An exclusively joint oriented approach misses the myofascial dysfunctions and regional interdependence that is often present. And an exclusively soft tissue approach misses the joint dysfunction. Most practitioners do not consider the visceral system (organs and deep fascia) to be contributory to musculoskeletal issues, but we find it is often relevant.

We take time to listen to your story, understand your goals, and develop a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle and needs. Whether you are recovering from surgery, dealing with chronic pain, or simply want to move better and feel stronger, we are here to help. Our goal is not just short-term relief but long-term results that restore your quality of life and keep you doing what you love.
